success

Pastry class was a total success! We did pate brisee (we made a broccoli mushroom quiche [not pictured- we ate it all in class]) and pate sucree and pastry cream (both used to make this amazing fruit tart). Y-U-M. Hopefully this Fall I'll graduate to the cream puff and eclair (pat a choux) class. I can't wait!

(yes that is a layer of chocolate in there...)
