if you know anything, you know more than i do

i'm so ready for spring!! and i've already got big plans - i'm determined to grow a garden this year! i have a home, i have a yard, i have an unnatural urge to pull weeds and water things: i think i'm ready.

there's only one problem, though. i have never grown anything in my life.

if anyone out there knows anything about gardening, please feel free to offer me your expertise. as long as it's in english, because i've been on a few gardening sites, and i understand dirt, seeds and water and then i'm lost.

oh mandy! I am so excited for you! At our last apartment we had a front and back yard. I loved gardening so much. I remember on summer mornings I would take the girls out and water everything. It was so gratifing to watch the plants grow. The girls loved it too! I have a load of books I bought when I was gardening. I know you're going to love gardening. Let me know if you want the titles of those books! love, K

Gardening is fun! We have had two since we have moved here... make sure you get at least 6 hours of sunlight on it!! Water it at least a tuna fish can full!! The seeds go in the dirt and the best thing we found is to buy the plants already growing from the store... then you have a better chance!!!

I'm to same way, we never got any gardening practice in Vegas and then we move up to Idaho and there's all the cute moms who grow all kinds of fresh food and I'm totally jealous, but don't know where to start!
